Note for Affiliates, you must be an Affiliate member of TPCAR in good standing, prior to applying for membership in Women's Council of REALTORS®. Our Bylaws allow for no more than 30% Affiliates to REALTORS® ratio. However, if we reach capacity for some reason, you may take the option to be placed on a waiting list as a Local Affiliate.
